About the role:
Join a dynamic internal finance team providing high-quality decision support to a key business unit within the Deals Line of Service. This role combines financial control, commercial insight and strategic partnering to drive performance and growth. Responsibilities include forecasting, revenue recognition, performance management and financial governance, while working closely with senior stakeholders. The position offers a broad, impactful remit in a fast-paced environment, ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional with strong analytical skills and sound judgement, able to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across a complex, high-performing business.
What your days will look like:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance, insight and challenge, supporting aligned and informed decision-making
- Lead forecasting, planning and budgeting, delivering financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business priorities
- Oversee revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and ensure robust financial control, governance and compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor performance and working capital metrics, delivering actionable insight, improving cash outcomes, and supporting projects and team development

This role is for you if:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent)
- Proven finance business partnering experience, delivering insight, influencing decisions and providing constructive challenge
- Experience applying IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles within a commercial environment, with exposure to external audit processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence to interpret data, identify risks and challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build effective relationships across a wide network
- Adaptable and proactive, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments, using technology, data and digital tools to enhance insight and performance
