The Business Performance Manager will be tasked with delivering financial performance insight and information to the business in a timely manner to address risk and opportunities and drive growth to ultimately become the leading brand in wellbeing drinks. The BPM will be the one voice on financial performance to the business with clear insight and analysis to drive intervention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering the right information and insight at the right time to drive the right decisions and actions through the business rhythm.
- Constant improvement to ensure clear and simplified reporting that pushes the business towards automation.
- Writing and tracking the financial forecast and budget that represents our latest position in the business to guide our planning.
- Lead on system interactions with Group to ensure both financials and narrative land clearly and consistently with internal view.
- Ensure a unified and simple voice on performance to ensure business teams are clearly informed on the 'Here's what' and the'so what' happening in the business with clear cut through to drive action.
- Delivering insights to the business to help identify the impact on performance and hand to the relevant business teams.
- Clear and simple reports that cover all of the key financial metrics and allow us to identify performance in a simple way with dynamic information by channel and brand.
- Identify ways to evolve our reporting processes using technology and simple tools in order to save time and bring speed of information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A passion for creating clear and simple information and giving clarity within the numbers.
- An understanding of financial data, how it impacts our business and the ability to translate numbers into a business story.
- A mindset for detail and accuracy (fitting for the scenario) and meticulous planning and prioritisation.
- A business understanding that means you can zero in on where the key items for focus needs to be.
- A passionate advocate for feeding back in the moment to help both yourself and others develop.
- Strong communication skills, both written and presenting.
