An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join a highly regarded, privately owned London real estate and development business with a diverse portfolio valued at c.£1.5bn.
The Opportunity
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial analysis, advice and challenge across:
- Development, refurbishment and capital expenditure programmes
- Serviced-living and co-living operations
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and KPI reporting
- Monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Property tax, VAT and capital allowances
- Statutory accounts and audit
- Finance process improvement, including the implementation of a new ERP system and increased use of AI

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the detail and the bigger picture - someone who can roll up their sleeves, ensure the numbers are right, and translate financial information into commercially useful insight.
About You
You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience within a real estate or construction company. Experience across residential property, development, operational property or project accounting would be particularly valuable.

We are based in beautiful, heritage offices in the heart of London
