Join Our Team as a Finance Change Analyst (12Month FTC) - Drive Innovation and Improve Finance Operations!
Are you a proactive finance professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for driving change? Do you enjoy working on exciting projects that make a real difference? We’re looking for a motivated Finance Change Analyst to join our UK&I Finance team on a temporary 12 Month contract. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will help shape the future of our finance operations.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Finance Change Analyst, you'll be at the heart of key projects that enhance the way our finance teams operate. You'll work closely with finance and technology colleagues to deliver improvements, implement new IT systems, and streamline processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that change projects are well-managed, well-understood, and successfully executed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project activities such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
- Collaborating with finance and IT teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Analyzing existing finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Designing future state ("to-be") processes that enhance efficiency and control
- Documenting business requirements and testing system changes to ensure they meet needs
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions
- Assisting users in resolving system issues and optimizing processes.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience & Education: Practical experience working within a finance or accounting role, preferably in Financial Control, Planning & Analysis, or similar. Professional accountancy qualification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of finance systems (such as general ledgers, planning tools, reporting platforms). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Project Management & Analytical Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and track projects effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent skills to clearly explain complex concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
