Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Consultant. The Finance Consultant will advise clients on financial planning, investment strategies, retirement and pension solutions, and insurance needs, with a focus on expatriate and international investors. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client financial situations, preparing tailored recommendations, and presenting clear, evidence-based proposals that align with clients’ goals and risk profiles. The role involves ongoing client relationship management, regular portfolio reviews, and coordination with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions across deVere’s product range. The Finance Consultant will also stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and new products to ensure advice remains accurate, compliant, and relevant.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Planning, including investment, retirement, and wealth management concepts.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing client portfolios, risk profiles, and financial projections.
- Consulting skills and client advisory experience, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Foundational Accounting skills for understanding financial statements and cash flow structures.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Experience with international or expatriate clients, and familiarity with cross-border financial considerations, is a plus.
- High ethical standards, commitment to regulatory compliance, and a client-focused approach to advisory work.
