Your mission

As a Finance Customer Support Specialist, you'll help ensure guest payments are processed accurately and finance queries are resolved quickly. From refunds and reconciliations to payment investigations and cancellations, you'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a great customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Process guest refunds and cancellations accurately.
  • Investigate chargebacks and payment disputes.
  • Reconcile booking systems, bank receipts and OTA accounts.
  • Resolve payment queries from guests and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work with colleagues across Finance and Customer Services to solve issues.
  • Help improve processes and support finance projects when needed.

Who we're looking for

You'll enjoy this role if you're organised, detail-focused and like solving problems. We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in finance administration, customer service or a similar support role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication and customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with Salesforce or reservation systems is a plus).
  • A proactive, team-focused approach.

Worth knowing

This role is part-time, permanent – working 25 hours per week (9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday) and based from our Manchester office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 from home).
