If you’re willing to get stuck in, you’ll love it here too. So put yourself at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced working environment where expertise and focus take people far.
The Role
As a Finance Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping the business turn complex financial and operational data into meaningful insight. While you’ll be sat within the finance team, this is very much a reporting and analytics role rather than a traditional finance position, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and influence decision-making through high-quality reporting and analysis.
Day to day, you'll be responsible for producing, improving, and automating reports, while investigating and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and other business teams to understand reporting requirements, create reporting solutions in Excel and Power BI, and provide insight that helps stakeholders understand what the numbers are telling them and why.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
