Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Data Analyst to support financial control, reporting capability, and operational insight within a fast-paced F1 car manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in strengthening budget discipline, improving data quality, and enabling fast, data-driven decision-making to maximise performance.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Programme Management teams, you will deliver meaningful analysis, drive process improvements, and provide actionable insights that support both strategic and operational objectives.

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support operational and strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities with detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on inventory, stock liffing, obsolescence, and Bill of Materials (BoM) to highlight cost risks and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Cost Engineering teams to improve data quality, integration, and reporting processes.
  • Support ERP optimisation and integration activities, ensuring financial and operational data is structured effectively for analysis.
  • Drive improvements in data governance and promote best practice data management across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
