Location: London (hybrid) Sector: Multisite Hospitality Salary: A GBP 90k + bonus and shares

I'm currently working on an exciting Finance Director opportunity with a fast-growing, highly experiential hospitality business with ambitious plans for continued growth.

The Finance Director is a senior, strategic and highly commercial role, partnering closely with the CEO, Board and wider leadership team. The successful candidate will have real influence over the direction of the business and will be instrumental in supporting its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the overall finance strategy and financial planning
  • Owning budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Providing commercial insight to support growth, investment and new-site decisions
  • Partnering with the CEO and leadership team as a trusted challenger and advisor
  • Leading financial reporting and Board-level MI
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships
  • Playing a leading role in future fundraising and investor relationships
  • Strengthening financial controls, governance and risk management
  • Leading and developing the finance function, systems and processes

Candidate Profile

  • ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified with significant PQE experience
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset
  • Comfortable operating at both detailed and Board level
  • Experience within a fast-paced, multi-site and/or international environment desirable
  • A confident communicator who can influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • Passion for hospitality, leisure and creating great customer experiences
