FINANCE DIRECTOR
Greater Manchester
£120,000 to £150,000
New career opportunity for a high calibre, commercially switched-on Finance Director to become part of the Executive team with a growing group based in Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Executive team to develop the strategy for further growth
- Develop finance strategy and oversee and develop the finance team and increase visibility of the function across the wider business
- Build working capital and cashflow forecasting models and maintain robust control and visibility over cash, working capital and future funding requirements
- Control all financial and accountancy matters including month end reports, management accounts, cash flow management, statutory accounts, compliance, presentation of management information and KPIs
- Ensure the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified and experienced Finance Director currently holding a number one finance role
- Exceptional commercial acumen and business knowledge.
- A proven track record of leading sustainable revenue and profit growth
- Demonstrable success in a multi channel business, including e-commerce/consumer, field sales as well as large corporate customers ideally in a manufacturing/FMCG ideally international environment

- Capable of being a confident member of the Executive team and capable of delivering the strategy over the long-term.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and business knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills with people at all levels and an ability to influence.
