We are working with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business that is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the CEO, you will take a senior leadership role across the finance function, providing strategic and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Providing commercial insight and challenge to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Overseeing financial reporting, controls, cash flow, and risk management
  • Supporting investment, growth, and new-site decisions
  • Working closely with the Board and key stakeholders
  • Leading and developing the finance function
  • Supporting future fundraising and investor relationships

Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership/FD role
  • Hospitality, leisure, or another fast-paced multi-site environment preferred
  • Commercially minded, hands-on, and strategically strong
  • Confident operating at Board and senior stakeholder level
  • Available at short notice or within a short timeframe
