Finance Director

Technology / SaaS

Location: London

Salary: £125k + Incentive

Partner Financial is working with a venture-backed, high-growth SaaS technology business in appointing to a newly created Finance Director position, reporting to the CEO. This is the number one finance role and the first dedicated FD within the business. Having recently secured additional growth capital and already tripled ARR during H1 2026, the business is entering a defining stage of its journey. Founder-led, ambitious, and internationally expanding, the company is scaling rapidly across multiple markets, including the US, and is seeking a commercially minded Finance Director to build a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting significant future growth and near-term fundraising.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a business at a genuinely exciting inflection point. The successful candidate will shape the finance function, influence strategic decision-making, support future fundraising activities, and play a critical role in the company's next phase of international growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
