Salary: £90,000 plus Local Government Pension Scheme
Location: Bexleyheath, South East London with hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office)

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to join our small, high-performing leadership team at an exciting point in our journey.

Role Overview:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead all aspects of the company's financial management, providing the insight, discipline and commercial challenge that underpins successful housing development.
- This is a broad and hands-on role. You will oversee business planning, financial reporting, cashflow, development appraisals, treasury activity and shareholder reporting, whilst acting as a trusted adviser to the Board and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA).
- Experience gained within a commercial environment such as property, development, construction or an SME business is desirable.
- This role is likely to suit an ambitious finance leader seeking their first Finance Director appointment, or someone considering a sideways move who enjoys combining strategic influence with practical delivery.
