Finance Director

PE-Backed SaaS Business | London | Hybrid

Cedar is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business to appoint a Finance Director. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the financial direction of the business and a key seat at the table alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

The Role

You will take ownership of:

  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and the company's financial model.
  • Board reporting, management accounts, cash flow and performance analysis.
  • SaaS metrics and unit economics, including ARR, MRR, ACV, CAC, NRR and gross margin.
  • Commercial decision-making across pricing, contracts, investment and growth.
  • Investor reporting and supporting future fund raising activity.
  • Financial controls, statutory compliance and governance.
  • Developing and scaling the finance function, systems and processes.

About You

We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience in a SaaS, technology or recurring-revenue environment. You will need strong FP&A and financial modelling skills, alongside the commercial confidence to influence senior stakeholders and present to the Board.
