Element Recruitment Exclusively Supporting a FinTech Business
Element Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively supporting a privately owned FinTech business in their search for a Finance Director, to work with their executive board.
About the Role
This is going to be a hands-on and mostly 'on-site' role working closely with operational stakeholders, enabling the business to build upon year on year growth. With leadership of a small team, this role will manage oversight of an SME group of companies, operating within a high growth and exciting market.

Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Proven track record in driving value in a team environment
- Experience within a regulated business would be advantageous
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders, with a strategic mindset

Benefits
- Salary of £75,000- £90,000 is on offer for the right candidate, plus additional benefits
- Working mostly on an 'on-site' basis of 4 days per week in the office near Newport
