Role Description

Our client is an award-winning signage, branding, and modular stand build specialist, delivering visually striking, immersive brand experiences for clients across the UK, Europe, and America. With headquarters in both the UK and Spain, they combine creativity and precision to provide a full suite of services - from stand design and large format print to installation and project management.

As they continue their international growth journey, they are seeking a Finance Director to lead their financial strategy and operations globally.

This board-level role offers a unique chance to shape the financial direction of a growing creative powerhouse. You’ll oversee finance teams, implement robust controls, and support sustainable expansion across multiple markets. A key advisor to the executive team, you'll ensure compliance, drive performance, and help deliver innovative, financially sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop finance teams across UK and European operations
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Advise on financial strategy to support business objectives and expansion
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across UK and EU jurisdictions
  • Oversee financial reporting, audit programmes, and internal controls
  • Optimise cost structures while supporting long-term value creation
  • Support M&A activity and financial due diligence
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support innovation and growth

What They Are Looking For:

  • Proven track record as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in an international environment
  • Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset
  • Expertise in ERP implementation and financial systems
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the creative, branding, or exhibitions industry is a plus
