About the College

Our client is a large, diverse and vibrant further education college located in the heart of Birmingham. They offer a wide range of vocational, academic and apprenticeship programmes to thousands of students each year, supporting their local communities and employers to develop the skills needed for the future.

About the Role

Our client is seeking to appoint an outstanding Finance Director to lead, mentor and develop their finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and digital innovation. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and have significant experience in senior financial management roles. You will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure robust financial management and reporting and work closely with the Vice Principal/CFO, Principal and Senior Leadership Team to support the delivery of their organisational aims and ambitions.
