WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Lead finance business partnering for the FTSE Russell Operations organisation, providing financial support to senior leadership teams on performance, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Own the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance review processes for Operations.
- Drive FTSE Russell-wide cost management, including staff costs, non-staff costs and Cost of Sales, ensuring alignment to financial targets and strategic priorities.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify productivity opportunities, operational efficiencies and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Support major transformation programmes, operating model changes and investment initiatives through financial analysis, business cases and benefits tracking.
- Lead workforce and headcount financial governance, including approval processes, organisational design reviews and investment prioritisation.
- Provide insightful management information and executive reporting for senior leadership forums, headcount committees and business reviews.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate governance, transparency and accountability across the organisation.
- Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, HR and Strategy teams to support delivery of FTSE Russell objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Significant post-qualified finance experience in a complex global business.
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering background.
- Proven experience managing large cost bases and driving cost optimisation programmes.
- Experience supporting Operations, Technology, Data, Product or large-scale transformation functions.
- Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and business case development skills.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior executives and challenge constructively.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
