We are supporting a large international organisation with the appointment of a Finance Director to support its continued growth and transformation.
This is a senior, commercially focused finance position working closely with the leadership team to assess opportunities, shape investment decisions and provide financial insight across a complex, multi-market business.
The Role Will Involve
- Supporting senior leadership with strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Assessing investment opportunities and building robust financial cases.
- Providing insight into growth plans, performance and value creation.
- Challenging assumptions and helping shape long-term business strategy.
- Working across multiple markets and functions to align financial and commercial priorities.
- Bringing greater structure, clarity and financial discipline to strategic initiatives.
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Profile
- A strong strategic, corporate or commercial finance background.
- Experience operating at senior level within a large, complex organisation.
- Excellent commercial judgement and strong analytical capability.
- The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across functions, markets and matrix structures.
- A track record of turning financial analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within consumer, technology, telecommunications, retail, leisure or other multinational environments could be highly relevant. A consulting background combined with a strong finance foundation would also be of interest.
