Summary

A Finance Director opportunity for a global PE backed business that is currently undergoing vast transformation. Looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a proven track record in a PE environment.

Our Client

A global private equity backed business known for managing complex operations and driving sustainable growth. Currently undergoing a number of transformation programmes it is an important time for the business.

The Role

A divisional Finance Director opportunity that is leading one of the company's largest and most influential parts of the business. You will be expected to lead on both a strategic, people and process transformation to optimise value creation for the company. The role will likely lead on a number of global acquisition and integrations as well as a number of other value creation projects.

The Successful Candidate

A proven track record in working in a complex PE backed environment. Ideally international experience with oversight of working on a number of carve out and M&A transactions.
