Finance Director

Description
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the leadership team.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial legislation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team to support their professional growth.

Profile
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- Strong experience in accounting and financial management within the energy industry.
- A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 - £120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
