The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Finance ERP Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme. This role will play a key part in delivering a large-scale ERP implementation, working closely with Finance, Technology, and external delivery partners to drive process improvements and support the successful rollout of new finance capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong finance process knowledge who enjoys bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements relating to finance processes and reporting.
  • Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess proposed system and process changes for business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Support integration across core finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business readiness activities.
  • Produce process documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, and user guides.
  • Drive process standardisation and business process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure finance processes meet regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
