Why this job is important

Kantar is transforming into a standalone, future-ready business, and technology is at the heart of that journey. As our Finance ERP Lead, you'll shape the future of our global finance technology landscape, helping us create greater consistency, control and insight across the organisation.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll define the strategy, architecture and roadmap for our Finance ERP ecosystem, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Working across Product, Finance, Technology and Transformation teams, you'll influence major business decisions, lead complex programmes and help deliver modern, scalable solutions that support better business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Defining and leading the strategy, architecture and roadmap for our Finance ERP ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Leading ERP transformation programmes, platform upgrades and new capability development across a global environment.
  • Partnering with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to simplify processes, improve decision-making and drive automation.
  • Overseeing integrations, data architecture and system interoperability across the wider technology landscape.
  • Establishing governance, security, compliance and operational standards that ensure a resilient and scalable ERP environment.
  • Managing external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes and maximise investment value.
  • Championing continuous improvement, data quality and user experience across Finance platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
