Kantar is undergoing a significant transformation as we evolve into a standalone, future-ready business. Our Finance technology landscape plays a critical role in enabling this change.
As our Finance ERP Lead, you will shape and deliver the strategy for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term business needs.
This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Transformation, helping to simplify complexity and drive better decision-making across a global organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and lead the architecture and design of Kantar’s Finance ERP landscape, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations
  • Deliver large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability and business alignment
  • Partner closely with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Oversee integrations, data flows and system design, ensuring best practice and consistency
  • Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring strong performance and value for investment
  • Drive continuous improvement across system performance, stability and operational processes
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across ERP platforms, supporting long-term roadmap development

The ideal skills and experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Experience working with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial
  • Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud-based architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Experience managing stakeholders and influencing at senior levels
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
