Kantar is transforming into a standalone, future-ready business, and technology is at the heart of that journey. As our Finance ERP Lead, you'll shape the future of our global finance technology landscape, helping us create greater consistency, control and insight across the organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll define the strategy, architecture and roadmap for our Finance ERP ecosystem, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Working across Product, Finance, Technology and Transformation teams, you'll influence major business decisions, lead complex programmes and help deliver modern, scalable solutions that support better business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Defining and leading the strategy, architecture and roadmap for our Finance ERP ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Leading ERP transformation programmes, platform upgrades and new capability development across a global environment.
- Partnering with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to simplify processes, improve decision-making and drive automation.
- Overseeing integrations, data architecture and system interoperability across the wider technology landscape.
- Establishing governance, security, compliance and operational standards that ensure a resilient and scalable ERP environment.
- Managing external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes and maximise investment value.
- Championing continuous improvement, data quality and user experience across Finance platforms.

The ideal skills & experience
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including solution design, architecture and enterprise-scale deployment.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, governance and ERP-enabled transformation.
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP programmes within complex, global organisations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, integrations, APIs and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience working with third-party implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Understanding of data governance, master data management and reporting frameworks.
