Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Bristol, Queen Square (Office based)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

The role

We're looking for a Finance Executive who can start immediately. You'll run day-to-day transactional finance across our UK and US entities, working daily in our finance systems. You'll report to the Senior Finance Manager and be part of a small, hands-on finance team. This role suits someone who is accurate, organised, confident with software, and happy owning high-volume processes end to end.

Our systems

You'll use NetSuite, Tipalti, Payhawk, Stacks, Statement, Salesforce and BambooHR every day. You'll keep data flowing accurately between them.

Key responsibilities

  • Tipalti: process supplier invoices, run PO and approval matching, onboard suppliers, and prepare weekly payment runs
  • Payhawk: process employee expenses and card transactions, chase missing receipts, and manage cardholder set-up
  • NetSuite: post routine journals, maintain customer and supplier records, and support month-end cut-off
  • Stacks: complete assigned month-end close tasks, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and review automated journals
  • Statement: monitor bank feeds, match and categorise transactions across GBP, USD and EUR accounts, clear unmatched items, and support daily cash position reporting
  • Salesforce: raise sales invoices from order data and reconcile Salesforce bookings to NetSuite
  • BambooHR: keep employee data aligned with Payhawk and NetSuite for starters, leavers and changes
  • Allocate cash receipts and carry out credit control, including chasing overdue accounts and escalating as needed
  • Resolve supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare VAT return workings [remove if not required]
  • Spot integration or data issues between systems and suggest fixes and automation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
