About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and highly respected commercial finance business that is continuing to expand across the UK. Specialising in providing flexible working capital solutions to SMEs, the company partners with ambitious businesses by offering revolving finance facilities, helping them unlock cash flow and achieve sustainable growth.

Unlike larger corporate organisations, this business offers genuine exposure to every aspect of finance. You'll work directly alongside an experienced Financial Controller and Finance Director, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical accounting skills while gaining valuable commercial insight into a niche area of financial services.

This role would suit someone looking for more than just a transactional finance position. You'll become an integral member of a close-knit finance team where your work genuinely makes a difference, with plenty of opportunity to broaden your experience and progress as the company continues to grow.

Whether you're studying towards an accounting qualification, have experience within an accounts department, or simply want to build a long-term career in finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals in a supportive environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
