Location: Andover, Hampshire (2 days a week on site)
Status: Outside
Clearance: SC preferred but not mandatory. You must have been continuously resident in the UK for at least the last 3 years with no single absence greater than 3 months.

  • We’re looking for Finance & Forecasting Business Analysts to support discovery and requirements-definition.
  • Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Planning, Operational and Technology stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial modelling, forecasting and affordability requirements
  • Review current processes, manual activities and spreadsheet-based ways of working.
  • Decompose Epics into Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Define functional, non-functional, business, data and integration requirements.
  • Assess data sources, ownership, quality, dependencies and lineage.
  • Identify business rules, risks, assumptions and constraints.
  • Produce a prioritised delivery backlog and maintain full requirements traceability.
  • Support recommendations for future implementation and operating models.
  • Strong BA experience plus some background in financials such as planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost modelling or finance transformation.
