As Part of the Finance Team
You will join a high-performing Commercial Finance team at the heart of decision-making across Reckitt. Throughout the scheme, you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of Finance roles, partnering with teams across the business to influence commercial decisions for some of the world's most trusted brands.
You'll have the opportunity to work on leading brands and with major retail customers such as Tesco, Boots, Asda and Sainsbury's, helping to turn data and insights into actions that drive business growth.
A key part of the programme is the opportunity to achieve your CIMA qualification, combining professional study with practical experience and guidance from experienced Finance leaders. From day one, you'll be empowered to contribute ideas, influence decisions and take ownership of meaningful projects, building the skills, commercial acumen and leadership potential needed for a successful career in Finance.
As a Finance FLS Candidate
As a Finance Future Leader, you will:
- Partner with teams across the business to influence commercial and strategic decisions.
- Turn data into actionable insights, telling the story behind the numbers and helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver planning cycles, compliance activities and controls projects that support business performance.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives that create value for consumers, customers and Reckitt.
- Use data, technology and analytical thinking to solve problems, improve business performance and drive growth.
- Build the commercial, financial and leadership skills needed to accelerate your career and become a future Finance leader.

Scheme Structure
On the Finance Future Leadership Scheme, you will be working at the beating heart of operations, with your projects entirely business focused. On the three-year programme, you will gain experience in multiple areas of finance to give you a well-rounded knowledge, you will rotate around the following three areas of finance:
Year 1
The first year will be located at Slough and will be working within the Commercial Finance in the following area:
- Sales Finance
Year 2
The second year you will be located at one of our factory sites Nottingham or Hull. You will be required to relocate for a 12-month rotation.
- Manufacturing Finance
Year 3
The final year on the program will be a rotation at Slough or Hayes working within:
- Corporate Finance
- Commercial Finance
Each rotation gives you experience of different areas of Reckitt and of Finance. Throughout the programme, you'll grow the mindset, skills and behaviours that define great leaders at Reckitt: Thinking Big, Delivering Bigger; Teaming Up to Go Fast; Building to Last; and Doing the Right Thing Always.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent or 2027 graduate, with advanced analytical and numerical skills, and an interest in using data to solve business challenges.
- Commercially curious, with an enthusiasm for understanding consumers, customers, markets and the drivers of business performance.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a growth mindset and a desire to build a successful career within a FTSE-listed global organisation.
- Confident building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively to influence outcomes.
- Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of challenges and demonstrating the drive to turn ideas into action.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change as an opportunity to learn and grow.
- Passionate about Reckitt's brands and purpose, with an appreciation of the impact our products have on consumers around the world.
- Able to communicate financial concepts in a clear and practical way. While previous Finance experience or an internship is not required, any exposure to Finance, business or commercial environments would be beneficial.

Please Note
- An Assessment Centre will be held in January 2027
- Start date will be Monday 6th September 2027
- This role will be based at our office in Slough, Berkshire, so you would need to be comfortable commuting to this location regularly; we operate on a dynamic working schedule, and you can expect to work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.
- This role requires relocation in the 2nd year which is mandatory to complete the 3-year program.
