Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in finance?
Harbro Group is seeking an ambitious and analytical Finance Graduate to join our Finance team in Markethill. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business intelligence while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
What You'll Do
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of management information and financial analysis.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards.
- Produce costings and profitability analysis across the business.
- Work closely with operational managers to provide meaningful financial insights.
- Support the development and monitoring of key business KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the finance function.

What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, with knowledge of Power BI desirable.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn.
