The daa Finance Graduate Programme
The daa Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year programme designed for ambitious entry-level graduates who want to build a career at the heart of a dynamic, global business. You'll gain exposure to the key finance functions that help power one of Ireland's most important transport hubs, while working in a fast-paced environment where innovation, automation, and digital transformation are shaping the future of finance.
Graduates will join the Early Careers Community, a network of interns, apprentices, and second-year graduates, offering opportunities to learn, collaborate, and build professional connections across the business.
You will join our Finance team from day one and remain with the wider finance team throughout your graduate journey. This allows you to develop deep technical expertise, build strong stakeholder relationships, take ownership of meaningful projects, and see the impact of your work over time.
As part of a global airport and travel retail group operating across 13 countries, you'll gain experience in a business that connects millions of people, supports international trade, and invests in sustainable growth. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you'll gain exposure across areas such as Shared Services, Group Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting, Tax, and Commercial Finance, contributing to projects that drive business performance and continuous improvement.
Alongside your role, you'll be supported in pursuing a professional accounting qualification giving you the skills, experience, and foundations to build a successful and future-focused career in finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you work on:
As a Finance Graduate, you’ll embark on a dynamic three-year journey designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our business and the finance function.
In Year 1, you'll build a strong foundation across key areas of the finance function, supported by a dedicated mentor who will help guide your development: Throughout the year, you will gain exposure to a range of key areas, including:
- Shared Services (Limerick): Gain hands-on experience in core financial operations and end-to-end finance processes.
- Commercial Operations: Develop insight into the financial drivers behind our diverse commercial businesses.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Support planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital investment processes.
- daa International: Explore the financial operations and strategies that support our international business.
In Years 2 and 3, you will deepen your expertise within a specialist finance team while continuing to broaden your understanding of the wider business. Supported by ongoing development opportunities, you will gain exposure to a range of key areas, including:
- Group Reporting: Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
- Tax: Assist with tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities.
- Cost & Efficiency: Contribute to initiatives that drive value, improve efficiency, and support business performance.

- Hold (or be expecting) a 2.1 degree or higher in a relevant field who are passionate about building a career in finance.
