What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you'll complete three rotations across key areas of our Finance function, giving you valuable exposure to different parts of the business.
Through a series of structured rotations, you'll gain exposure to areas such as Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, and Tax, building both technical expertise and commercial acumen. From day one, you'll take ownership of meaningful work, contribute to real business challenges, and collaborate with experienced colleagues who will support your development.
Learning & Development
Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on-the-job experience, you'll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Professional qualification: Completion of a professional accounting qualification is a mandatory component of the Graduate Programme. You will be fully supported through the qualification of your choice (ACCA or CIMA) and will complete the programme as a fully certified accountant.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
- Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
- Hold (or be working towards) a third-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
- Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
- Have an interest in data, analytics, and commercial decision-making
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hold a full, clean driving licence

Recruitment Process
Stage 1: Application & Introductory Interview
Submit your application and participate in a short screening interview.
Stage 2: Assessment Centre
Join us for an engaging in-person assessment experience where you'll:
- Take part in individual and team-based exercises
- Meet other graduate candidates
- Complete a competency-based interview

Stage 3: Final Interview
Meet with a senior leader to discuss your aspirations, strengths, and future potential within Coca-Cola HBC.
