6-12 Month Contract | Large International PLC | Competitive Day Rate
A leading international PLC based in London is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Integration Lead to support the successful integration of a significant recent acquisition. This is a high-profile programme with substantial executive visibility and will play a critical role in delivering the financial integration of a complex, multinational business.
The acquired organisation operates through a large network of international legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, creating a requirement for a hands-on finance leader with extensive global integration experience.
The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Group CFO and working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Transformation, Tax, Treasury, Legal and Operations, you will lead the end-to-end finance integration programme.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the finance integration strategy, ensuring financial processes, controls, systems and reporting structures are aligned whilst maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
