Finance Systems Implementation Manager
Nord Anglia Education is recruiting a Finance Systems Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) implementations, system integrations and will ensure that D365 Business Central is successfully deployed into all new schools, combining full functional and technical BC delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will work alongside Finance leads, IT, and other key stakeholders to prioritise and plan D365 BC rollouts.
The Role
- Leading the full implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects — from Impact Analysis, functional configuration and technical build through to data migration, testing, go-live.
- Providing hands-on functional and technical BC expertise, including SQL-based data migration, company configuration and the development of BC tools and automation.
- Owning full project delivery: planning, project phases, risk management and stakeholder communication across projects.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for delivery on Finance Systems projects, leading and coordinating the technical resource(s) supporting that delivery.
- Liaising with dependent integrations (e.g. iSAMS) to ensure coordinated, successful outcomes across all connected systems.
- Delivering solutions in line with Finance business requirements.
- Creating and delivering methodologies of how to run a BC implementation. Providing key insights to improve internal processes.
- Building relationships with school teams, Region, Central, Microsoft Partner and Local Partners and ensuring all are involved in project progress updates.
- Presenting to relevant stakeholders and creating well-structured presentations/documentation.
- Establish and refine best-practice BC implementation standards across projects.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Business Central functional and technical knowledge (including hands-on SQL and data migration)
- Solid finance process understanding
- Full project lifecycle and multi-project management experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
- High levels of personal integrity.
- Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard.
- Flexible and positive approach to work.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills; high attention to detail.
