About the Role

This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will be treated as an integral member of the Finance team, contributing to real business priorities and gaining exposure to commercial and operational decision-making.

We partner closely with our interns to ensure the experience supports both professional development and future career ambitions. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will have opportunities to connect with fellow interns, participate in business updates, and gain insight into how finance supports well-known brands in a dynamic organisation.

Paid Internship

Main Responsibilities

As a Finance Intern, you will support a range of core financial activities, including:

  • Assisting with the calculation and analysis of costs for finished goods and co-pack products
  • Supporting weekly and monthly sales reporting, ensuring accurate data compilation and insight generation
  • Contributing to brand profitability analysis to help assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly financial highlights alongside the Controller
  • Assisting with Profit & Loss analysis to support informed decision-making
  • Participating in value-add projects across the Finance function
  • Attending business updates and presentations to develop a broader understanding of company performance and strategy

This role offers practical exposure to financial processes, analytical tools and cross-functional collaboration within a commercial environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, curious about how finance supports business performance, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data, including regular use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of work
  • An interest in the consumer goods sector and commercial performance
