Finance Lead (Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week)

We're looking for an experienced Finance Lead to take ownership of day-to-day finance while providing the commercial insight that helps drive better business decisions.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure accurate financial reporting, improve commercial performance and support the continued growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Managing forecasting, budgeting and cashflow.
  • Overseeing invoicing, payroll and day-to-day finance operations.
  • Monitoring project profitability, margins and revenue performance.
  • Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making.
  • Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance.
  • Maintaining strong financial controls, compliance and reporting standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.

About you

You'll ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • At least two years' post-qualified experience.
  • Experience in a marketing, creative or professional services environment.
  • Strong Xero and Excel skills.
  • A commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to work independently.
  • Experience with Teamleader Orbit would be an advantage but isn't essential.

The role

  • Part-time – 20 hours per week.

  • Minimum two days per week in the office.
