Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established law firm in Manchester who are looking to appoint a Finance Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is looking to develop their career, broaden their experience and progress within the finance litigation sector.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced legal professionals and will be given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as they develop within the role.

Location: Wigan/Hybrid working after probation
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities as a Finance Litigation Fee Earner:
- Managing a varied caseload of finance litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings and other relevant legal documents.
- Ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, case law and developments within finance litigation.
