Job Opportunity: M&A Finance Professional

We are working with a leading global consulting firm that is looking to hire an experienced M&A Finance professional to join its growing Transaction Advisory team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile domestic and international transactions, supporting clients across acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, mergers, demergers, and other complex transactions. You will work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior management teams, providing hands-on finance and transaction support.

We are looking for:

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant M&A / transaction experience across private and public transactions
  • Strong technical accounting and finance expertise
  • Experience leading teams and complex transaction workstreams
  • Experience with carve-outs, separations, combinations, or transaction readiness
  • Proven ability to work with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
