Alterna Search is partnering with a boutique investment manager to appoint a Finance Manager.
Working closely with the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function across both the firm's investment funds and corporate entities. Responsibilities will include fund accounting and administration, investor reporting and distributions, treasury, tax, financial reporting, and supporting the oversight of the limited company entity.
The role will also play a key part in maintaining a robust financial control environment, managing relationships with external auditors and service providers, supporting regulatory and compliance requirements, and driving improvements to finance processes.

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a financial accounting, fund accounting or finance manager capacity.
