About the Role
We are hugely excited to have the opportunity to partner with a luxury consumer brand - SME, operating as part of a much larger billion £ turnover group. The business is investing and evolving and this is a hugely exciting time to join. We are currently seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to support senior leadership directly, across mainstream and commercial finance activities.
This is an incredibly broad role and therefore an incredible opportunity for a top tier ACA/ CA looking to move from practice or alternatively a bright ACCA/ CIMA who already possesses relevant industry experience and is ready for an exciting challenge.
We are looking for those who are super driven and passionate and keen to fast track their career.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory and monthly management accounts
- Management of the relationship with the auditors; maintain and continue to develop effective internal controls
- Provision of ongoing ad hoc analysis and financial modelling work to support commercial decision making
- Business partner across non-finance decisions to input into ongoing commercial and strategic decision making - this will include the sales team, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, logistics etc
- Produce relevant financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, as and when required
- Oversee all stock and inventory requirements of the business
- Management of 2 junior direct reports (with the view the team will continue to expand)

Requirements
The opportunity is suited to those operating at 0-2 years PQE level (not limited to)
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills are critical, as the role will involve significant senior level exposure
- A 'hands-on' flexible approach and willingness to be in the detail is also essential
