Finance Manager

Description
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and control budgets.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Good communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
