THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join Form3's Finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the business while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. This is a broad role that combines technical accounting, financial control, commercial analysis, and business performance, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how Form3 continues to scale.
Working within a collaborative, high-performing Finance team, you'll help strengthen financial processes, deliver meaningful insights, and support business leaders in making informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities.
- Owning the annual external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls.
- Producing financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve commercial performance.
- Monitoring company performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Supporting company-wide OKR reporting and helping track progress against strategic objectives.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or SaaS.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable
- Big 4 training or experience.
- Experience working with NetSuite.
- Experience improving finance systems and processes.
- Exposure to OKRs or wider business performance frameworks.
- Experience within a fast-growing technology business.

- Stage 3: Interview with Financial Controller & Head of Treasury
- Stage 4: Interview with Team Member

HIRING LOCATIONS📍
Here are the locations that we are hiring from for this position.
- United Kingdom
Our finance team do try to meet up once a month so living within a reasonable commute of our London office is important.
All new joiners start their first day in our office to collect the equipment needed to work remotely. We'll also arrange for some of your team to come in to say hi, ensuring you're supported and have a positive first few days with Form3!
