Monarch Ford in Exeter is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. This position bridges the gap between the customer, the dealership, and lending institutions. The Finance Manager will secure auto financing, sell extended warranties and GAP insurance, and ensure all financial paperwork strictly complies with state and federal laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring Loans: Review credit applications, analyze credit reports, and match buyers with banks, credit unions, etc. to secure approvals.
- Selling F&I Products: Present options for value-added products like vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and prepaid maintenance plans.
- Managing Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with lending institutions and coordinate closely with the sales team to streamline customer delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience, ideally within a franchised dealership environment.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, consultative selling, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems, plus standard CRM tools.
- Licensing: Valid Occupational Sales License required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
