The Role

Triptease is an ambitious, growing travel SaaS business, working with Hoteliers to increase direct bookings and build revenue margins.

As Triptease's Finance Manager, you'll own a broad remit spanning operational finance, management accounts and analysis across our international group (covering 3 entities: UK, US and APAC) — working closely with the Financial Controller and leading the Finance Assistant. Day to day, that means payroll, AP, VAT, balance sheet recs, management accounts preparation, plus improving and automating the processes behind them.

This is a hands-on role for a high-energy accountant (part-qualified or qualified by experience) with a proven track record across multiple finance disciplines. You take pride in accuracy, thrive at pace, and spot where automation can save effort.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Finance

  • End-to-end payroll across all entities (UK, Spain, Portugal, USA, Singapore and contractors).
  • Oversight of AP — invoices processed, approved and paid on time.
  • Sales Tax and VAT submissions.

Balance Sheet Ownership

  • Month End Balance Sheet recs for all 3 entities, including, but not limited to:
    • Accrued Income
    • Deferred Revenue
    • Cancellations Provision
    • Fixed Assets
    • Prepayments
    • Wages/PAYE/Pension control accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
