Finance Manager
We are partnering with a SaaS business with a global client base and ambitious growth plans. The business operates across multiple jurisdictions and has a strong track record of scaling as a high-growth technology business.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly into the FD, with full ownership of the finance function.

The role covers
- Month end and year end close, consolidated reporting across UK and international entities
- Multi-jurisdictional compliance including VAT, payroll, and US reporting
- Treasury and cashflow management across multiple currencies
- Business partnering with the FD and senior leadership
- Leading and developing a small finance team

- ACA qualified
- Practice background blended with industry experience
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional reporting
- AI literate, keen interest in emerging technologies
- SaaS or recurring revenue business experience desirable
- Pace, drive, and a commercial mindset
