Finance Manager

Up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits

Central London

Partner Financial are recruiting a Finance Manager for a leading leisure business. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced leadership team, the business is entering a critical phase of planned expansion. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of monthly management reporting, budgeting & forecasting and analysis in a key area whilst supporting the business and wider finance team as they drive growth across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all income is correctly accounted for; e.g. prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, ensure internal recharges are correct, prepare full commentary.
  • Produce full variance analysis and commentary for all central costs and to complement sales reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the sales / income teams and the wider business.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for Commercial & Central budget holders.
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable workflow (and Accounts Assistant) for major income streams.
  • Provide wider, ad hoc support to the business as it continues to grow.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
  • Strong all-round management accounting experience gained in either practice or industry.
  • A strong communicator who can add value quickly and operate effectively immediately.
  • An ability to work at pace in a fast-moving and constantly evolving environment.
  • Exposure to accounting for income streams and, ideally revenue gained from ticket sales.
  • Experience of developing systems & processes that smooth / improve business operations.
