Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting and forecasting, while providing commercial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee UK VAT, PAYE/NI, and Corporation Tax compliance.
- Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Liaise with external auditors and support statutory accounts.
- Maintain strong financial controls and improve finance processes and systems.
- Provide commercial financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Optimise finance systems and reporting tools such as Xero, Sage, and Excel.
Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial finance or management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and tax compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous team management experience is desirable.
- Fluent English + Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in London or Manchester.
