Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role where you can have genuine influence on a growing business?

We’re partnering with a profitable and ambitious SME that is investing heavily in its people, systems and future growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and become a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping shape strategy, improve performance and support continued expansion.

This is far more than a traditional reporting role. You’ll combine strong financial control with commercial insight, working closely with operational leaders to provide meaningful analysis, challenge decision-making and help drive business success.

The role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and actionable financial insight across the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to enhance systems, streamline processes and develop a high-performing finance team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
