Finance Manager | SaaS Business | PE Backed

Salary: £55-60k base plus bonus and benefits

The Opportunity
A growing, private equity-backed SaaS business based in London is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a commercially focused, high-growth environment. The role will provide broad exposure across financial reporting, management accounts, FP&A and commercial analysis, with regular interaction with senior finance and operational stakeholders.
The business is entering an exciting phase of growth, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and play an important role in the development of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Produce insightful financial analysis and management information
- Oversee month-end and year-end reporting activities
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Partner with operational teams to understand and improve business performance
- Provide financial analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Support the Finance Director with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting
- Contribute to the continued development and scaling of the finance function

You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
- Experience producing management accounts and financial analysis
- Good Excel and financial modelling skills
- A commercially focused approach with strong attention to detail
- The confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- An interest in technology and high-growth businesses
Candidates coming from an accountancy practice background who have recently qualified and are looking to make their first move into industry will also be considered.
