Finance Manager
Leicester - Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote
£55,000 + Bonus
We're working with a large, multi-site UK business undergoing continued growth and transformation, looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll act as a true business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenging performance and helping drive profitability, efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Duties of the Finance Manager
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Deliver insightful reporting, analysis and KPI dashboards to support key business decisions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Lead and support business improvement and efficiency projects.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, overhead management and capital expenditure.
- Present financial information and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Help strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insight.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
